DANIEL C. DICICCO received his Bachelors of Arts degree from Purdue University in 2004, and his Juris Doctor cum laude from Wayne State University Law School in 2007.
Mr. DiCicco has focused his practice on commercial litigation, corporate law, and estate planning. Mr. DiCicco has represented clients in employment matters, commercial contract matters, and environmental regulation disputes. Mr. DiCicco also has extensive experience working with small business owners to navigate through insolvency and bankruptcy matters. Mr. DiCicco was a presenter on the topic of “Bankruptcy for the Self-Employed” at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Detroit Consumer Bankruptcy Conference in November 2012.
Mr. DiCicco is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is admitted to practice in the Michigan State Court and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
